What you will do The NPD Analyst will support the Senior Manager in driving to completion New Product Development (NPD) initiatives in collaboration for beauty and cosmetics with external manufacturers and in conjunction with the EM Category Procurement team. The role involves managing supplier relationships, running RFPs, vendor and material data management, tracking and analyzing time-to-market metrics, analyzing opportunities for margin improvement and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches. Key Responsibilities 1. Assist in developing and implementing the innovation strategy supporting a healthy pipeline of Color and Beauty NPD initiatives. This includes collecting all the necessary information and documentation to enlist new suppliers/materials and upload them into our systems. 2. Support the creation and maintenance of the manufacturing network capabilities library to meet ongoing business needs. 3. Contribute to Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) initiatives with external manufacturers and provide monthly reports to the SRM leadership team. 4. Support the NPD EM briefing process and collaborate with key stakeholders from R&D;, Marketing, and Procurement/Operations. 5. Analyze data related to NPD initiatives and provide comprehensive reports to support decision-making process. 6. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of NPD projects. 7. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or innovation. 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks. Qualifications Required Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 2. Advanced English. 3. 3 to 6 years of experience in new product development, supply chain management, or a related area. 4. Experience working with external manufacturers. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Proficiency in using project management tools such as Planisware. 8. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Desired Qualifications 1. Experience in the Beauty Care industry. 2.
