Join our Marketing team! We are looking for a Brand Specialist to join our marketing team in Colombia and contribute to our ambitious goals for 2025 and beyond. In this role, you will work with iconic brands like RAMA and VIOLIFE, known for their growth and tradition. You will be the Brand Leader, responsible for developing and executing marketing efforts for assigned brands, understanding the market and consumers, monitoring performance against KPIs, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve growth. What You'll Do Develop and execute brand marketing plans to drive growth. Lead digital marketing and communications in Colombia. Collaborate with agencies and internal teams for key initiatives. Lead local product launches, including planning and trade marketing materials. Generate insights from market understanding to inform growth plans. Analyze performance drivers and make recommendations. Manage marketing budgets and track ROI KPIs. Support demand planning processes for your brands. What it takes to be successful Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. At least 8 years of experience in Marketing within consumer goods. Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment. Strong collaboration skills across functions and with external partners.
