Key Responsibilities - Assist clients in transforming their businesses and creating competitive advantages - Analyze complex issues and develop effective recommendations - Presentation of results to client management and implementation of recommendations Qualifications and Skills - Undergraduate degree and/or master's, MBA, PhD with engineering background (agricultural, chemical) - 5+ years of proven experience in the food industry, agro-industrial or manufacturing - Native Spanish, advanced English skills (fluent in writing and speaking) - Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to untangle complex issues - Strong logical reasoning and creative thinking skills - Quantitative aptitude - Ability to take initiative and eager to break new ground, create opportunities for others, and take personal risks
