We Are Looking For Motivated Individuals To Join Our Driver Payroll Team This person will help with processing weekly driver pay and creating invoices for all loads completed in Trinium. General Responsibilities Check emails and voicemails. Ensure that all paperwork is scanned in from drivers and check for accuracy (e.g., container#). Begin approving legs in drivers' approval screen & add/remove only those legs that can be added/removed. Review and check rates for accuracy and understand the order of the drivers' moves. Ensure that all moves for the week are approved. Enter all fuel deductions daily and driver deductions/reimbursements and confirm accuracy. Close/set the week for driver pay. Send driver settlements listing their weekly totals for them to generate an invoice. Every Monday-Wed noon time, receive and review driver submitted invoices for accuracy. Approve weekly invoice for payment. Check TID email for carrier invoices submitted and confirm that we have received a rate confirmation and POD along with the invoice. Check that the amount on the invoice matches the rate confirmation. Scan needed paperwork (POD) into Trinium. Separate factoring and quick pay invoices. File factoring invoices according to due date for proper/timely payment. Approve corresponding invoices weekly. Set payment week and send carrier settlements. Respond to all emails requesting payment status. Update banking information on Database ACH spreadsheet. Send final driver settlement to hidden for review. Send all weekly driver totals to hidden to upload to bank for payment. Update charges emailed from dispatchers. Create container & trucking invoices and run all required invoice reports. Close invoices on customer websites as needed. Handle all chassis billing. Perform AP chassis reconciliation. Manage AR/AP demurrage and pier pass. Maintain spreadsheets and approve/post invoices. Perform other responsibilities and tasks as needed. Requirements Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Strong customer service skills.
