Contribute to the development of community participation and accountability policies within NRC programs and projects. Ensure adherence to NRC policies, tools, manuals, and guidelines. Assist with project activities according to the action plan and ensure proper organization and execution of tasks. Maintain knowledge of the technical area to provide effective support to the team. Resolve daily operational issues following established procedures and standards. Prepare status reports for management and ensure proper documentation. Promote ideas to strengthen the role's functions. Specific Responsibilities: Serve as the focal point for receiving and managing complaints and feedback from participants and external parties. Support the implementation of community feedback procedures according to NRC standards. Ensure the mechanism is accessible to affected populations and program participants. Train program staff, partners, and key personnel on accountability principles, data protection, and feedback mechanisms. Provide clear and timely information about programs and projects to communities via designated channels. Assist program teams in implementing community feedback mechanisms to share views and concerns. Share information on suggested changes from participants with program teams and document in the recommendations tracker. Contribute to periodic reports on feedback management, including trend analysis and improvement recommendations. Participate in operational process improvements and promote PSEA standards. Support the implementation of Safe and Inclusive Programming in all activities. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience as a Technical Assistant in humanitarian aid contexts. Relevant technical knowledge and professional qualification preferred. Experience working in complex and changing environments. Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages is a plus. Studies in social sciences, anthropology, administrative sciences, or related fields; recent graduates or final semester students. Experience managing feedback and complaints systems in development, social, or humanitarian projects. Knowledge of humanitarian standards, gender policies, and protection concepts. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and confidentiality skills. Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and internet tools. Ability to analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources. Knowledge of results-based management methodology. Legal and Payment Details: The employment contract will be under Colombian labor law, with a monthly salary between COP 1,900,000 and COP 2,100,000, based on the specific vacancy grade.
