Play hard in this role - Global team and cultural events across the year. - Monthly fun-fund for the team to plan any activities they choose, pandemic notwithstanding. - We love our food and are eagerly looking forward to the next offsite. - Travel and see the world, remember we are in 3 continental locations. - Free access to mental health and wellness programs, we understand that we all are human :) What you will bring along - 5+ years of experience, At least 3 years of professional experience as a UX designer/researcher, and at least 2 years of leading UX teams. - Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices - and you’re always looking to improve your process. - Ability to lead multiple parallel engagements maintaining the high quality standards. - Experience mentoring designers across many disciplines and taking the lead on projects. - Ability to influence others to set and achieve outcomes and deadlines. - Solid written and verbal communication skills to present a strong rationale for design decisions. - Experience working with enterprise software and with design systems.
