As a Senior Training Consultant , you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs to facilitate and drive adoption of change. Working closely with the change management team, you will evaluate and report on the effectiveness of these programs. The ideal candidate is a hands-on training professional who excels in collaborating with cross-functional and global teams to ensure effective change execution. Key Responsibilities - Design & Implement Training : Develop training aligned with transformational change initiatives, ensuring clarity, relevance, and audience-specific messaging. - Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with change management teams, stakeholders, and business units to understand change objectives and tailor training accordingly. - Drive Employee Engagement : Create motivating training content that keeps employees informed and engaged. - Reporting : Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of training programs. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field. - Minimum of 9 years of experience in developing change-related training programs. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting clear, engaging messages for internal audiences. - Proficiency in content creation using Learning Management Systems. - Advanced English proficiency (C1 or C2). - Residence in Bogotá and willingness to work in a hybrid mode. You are highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You are collaborative, skilled at building relationships, and adaptable in communication styles. With strong attention to detail, you are results-oriented and focused on delivering tangible outcomes for stakeholders.
