Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that integrate English and Spanish language instruction, focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Utilize various teaching strategies and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve language proficiency. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and fosters collaboration. Incorporate cultural aspects of English and Spanish-speaking countries into lessons to enhance students' understanding and appreciation of diversity. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and involve them in the learning process. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and continuous learning opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field. Teaching certification or qualification, with a focus on language instruction. Proven experience teaching English and Spanish at various levels. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish. Ability to create a supportive and motivating learning environment. Familiarity with technology and educational software to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
