Job Description As a HCM Payroll Specialist, you will process U.S. payroll for assigned clients with accuracy and timeliness, ensure compliance with internal standards, and address payroll-related inquiries. You'll collaborate with internal teams, maintain precise documentation, and play a key role in delivering seamless payroll support to growing businesses. Visit https://bit.ly/EmaptaTrainingCalendar) The Qualifications We Seek Experience: - 2+ years processing payroll (preferably in an HCM service provider) - Familiarity with U.S. payroll regulations - Experience using iSolved People Cloud is a strong plus Education: - FPC certification is a plus - Detail-oriented and highly accurate - Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills - Strong written and spoken English communication - Trustworthy, organized, and accountable - Comfortable working in fast-paced, service-oriented environments Your Daily Tasks - Validate and process client payroll data - Coordinate with internal teams such as Treasury and Shipping - Ensure accurate reporting and documentation in Clientspace - Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly - Escalate errors as needed while maintaining confidentiality - Generate payroll reports and assist clients as required About the Client Our client, G&A; Partners, is a respected leader in the Human Resources Outsourcing and PEO industry.
