Job Description As a Manager of Service Reliability Engineering at Amadeus, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to ensure the reliability of our production applications. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of staff employees and have accountability for their performance and results. - Act as a reference across multiple areas, anticipating solutions to complex problems. About the Ideal Candidate: - Bachelor's or graduate degree in engineering. - Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems. - Ideal experience with SOP, SU, SLO, Automation, Capacity Management, Operational Improvement, Operational Readiness Testing. This role requires strong collaboration skills and a team player attitude. You should also have good written and verbal communication ability.
