Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced (mid-senior level) SDR. Focused on closing sales (70%), the role involves managing the sales cycle, closing deals, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of website design/development, digital marketing automation, or the Go-High-Level platform, with proven experience in generating high-quality leads for design or tech services. Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week EST Time) Key Responsibilities: Sales and Deal Closure (70%) Own the full sales cycle, from initial client outreach to securing signed contracts for website building/hosting, lead generation packages, and AI tools. Deliver persuasive virtual face-to-face sales presentations and engage in phone-based outreach to showcase service offerings. Conduct needs analysis to assess client business requirements and recommend tailored solutions from our diverse portfolio, including web/UX/UI design, web and mobile app development, and digital marketing. Lead Generation Proactively identify and qualify new leads through various channels, like email outreach. Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build targeted prospect lists and engage decision-makers in relevant industries. Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to hand off to the senior sales team. Nurture long-term client relationships to keep our brand top-of-mind and generate new business opportunities. CRM and Activity Tracking Track all prospecting activities, follow-ups, and lead statuses using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Go-High-Level, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Required Qualifications LATAM ONLY CANDIDATES 3+ years of proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in web design and development, digital marketing, or technology solutions. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients via phone, virtual meetings, and written outreach. Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Go High Level) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing sales pipelines and client relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cold calling, email outreach, and virtual meetings. Basic understanding of web development, website development, or app solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Experience generating leads for website design, UX/UI services, or software development solutions. The capacity to build and manage a team and lead the operation of the business successfully (a plus). Compensation: Payment in USD or local currency, depending on the candidates' preference.
