Junior Legal Counsel Opportunity We are seeking an accomplished and skilled Junior Legal Counsel to join our organization. As a key member of the legal team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's growth and success. Job Description: As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the Contract Life Cycle (CLM) tool with the legal team. You will collaborate with other members of the legal team to review and close NDAs, vendor, and commercial transactions. Your duties will also include analyzing company transactions, evaluating risk, updating templates, creating training materials, and managing projects as necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and manage the Contract Life Cycle (CLM) tool successfully with the legal team - Collaborate with other members of the legal team to review and close NDA's, vendor and commercial transactions - Analyze company transactions, evaluate risk, update templates, create training materials, and manage projects as necessary - Provide guidance on contracting documents and processes Requirements: - Advise and participate in contract negotiations, including risk management and assessment of commercial transactions - Interact effectively with all departments within the company, external customers, and vendors - Previous experience conducting commercial contract negotiations for services and software for US companies - Drafting skills and experience with privacy and security - Independent contributor but also a team player - Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality Why Join Us: This is an opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial agreements and projects that support the growth and success of our organization.
