Junior Legal Counsel Opportunity We are seeking an accomplished and skilled Junior Legal Counsel to join our organization. As a key member of the legal team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's growth and success. Job Description: As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the Contract Life Cycle (CLM) tool with the legal team. You will collaborate with other members of the legal team to review and close NDAs, vendor, and commercial transactions. Your duties will also include analyzing company transactions, evaluating risk, updating templates, creating training materials, and managing projects as necessary.
