Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end project delivery for the redesign and development of a public institutional website. • Act as the main point of contact between the client (Communications and Executive Leadership) and internal design, development, and content teams. • Align project scope and execution with business goals, brand governance, and digital communication standards. • Manage timelines, resources, deliverables, dependencies, and risks throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure quality, accessibility, usability, and institutional consistency in the final digital experience. • Prepare and deliver high-level presentations and progress reports to senior client stakeholders. • Advise on content governance, information architecture, and best practices in CMS implementation. • Facilitate transparent communication, decision tracking, and change management across all parties. Requirements: • 10+ years of experience leading digital projects, ideally in public, institutional, or large enterprise environments. • Strong background in web development projects using CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager preferred). • Exceptional communication skills, including experience engaging directly with executive-level stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic advisor, not just an operational manager. • Experience working with communications, design, branding, and content governance teams. • Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master) are a plus. • Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to lead meetings and write reports in both languages. Education and Certifications Requirements: - Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, finance or a related field. - Certifications in project management and data management are a plus. - Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum Why NTT Data?
