Responsibilities - Develop and maintain sophisticated financialmodels and tools to analyze key performance indicators, businessdrivers, and cost structures. - Produce high-quality managementreports (e.g., Monthly Flash, Business Reviews, QuarterlyForecasts, and ad hoc reports) with actionable insights. - Analyzebudget variances, forecast future trends, and identify potentialrisks and opportunities. - Provide strategic recommendations tosenior management based on in-depth financial analysis and markettrends. - Mentor junior financial analysts, ensuring the qualityand accuracy of financial analysis. - Head cross-functional projectteams and actively collaborate with department managers to driveprocess improvements and cost management initiatives. - Act as asubject matter expert for finance systems, processes, and tools;assist in troubleshooting and improving system functionalities. -Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of financial datathrough rigorous control measures. - Prepare and deliver clear,persuasive presentations and proposals to diverse stakeholders,including executive leadership. - Collaborate with business unitleaders to integrate financial insights into overall businessstrategies. What you will bring - University degree in Accounting,Finance, Economics, or a related field. - Advanced degrees orprofessional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are preferred. -Typically 7+ years of relevant experience in financial planning andanalysis. - Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting,forecasting, and variance analysis. - Strong working knowledge ofERP and BI systems; familiarity with tools such as Oracle EPM,Power Query, and Power Pivot is advantageous. - Excellent verbaland written communication skills with a proven ability to influencedecision-making at senior levels. - Ability to work independently,manage multiple priorities, and maintain strict confidentialitywith sensitive data.
