We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven marketing professional to take full ownership of our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has a solid background in digital marketing and content creation, with proven experience in developing strategies that drive visibility, generate qualified leads, and position brands effectively—especially within the BPO or service-based industries. This role requires autonomy, creativity, and strong strategic thinking to deliver impactful marketing outcomes. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Social Media Lead and expand our presence across key social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent, high-quality publishing. Create engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, carousels, etc.) aligned with the brand’s voice and audience. Track performance metrics and continuously optimize based on results and insights. Strategic Marketing Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to position VGF Management within the outsourcing and BPO industry. Proactively identify trends, opportunities, and new initiatives to drive brand visibility and market relevance. Conduct competitive and market research to inform data-driven strategies and stay ahead of industry developments. Content & Visual Design Design and produce marketing materials such as flyers, presentations, and digital assets for online distribution. Provide creative support to internal teams, including sales and recruitment, with tailored visual content. Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and communications. Lead Generation & Recruitment Marketing Create campaigns and content that effectively attract potential clients and top talent. Promote company culture, values, and job opportunities across digital platforms to build a strong employer brand. Work in close collaboration with the recruitment team to align messaging and support hiring efforts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the BPO or service-based industry. Proficiency in managing social media platforms and digital content creation. Strong graphic design skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools). Familiarity with SEO, social media analytics, and paid media strategies. Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
