**S&OP; Leader** - English version_ **WHAT YOU WILL DO** This position leads the Demand and Supply planning processes for Takeda portfolio and product launches in Colombia, Peru, Ecuador and Venezuela, in alignment with commercial and the country head and according with LATAM SC guidance, with the objective of meeting customer and market demands, while achieving service level, inventory, and cost targets. This position reports to the Andean Supply Head and is based in Bogotá, Colombia. **WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON** - Collaborate on the building of demand and supply plan, perform reserves analysis, review weekly sales accuracy, monitor short dated products, create purchase orders and submit to manufacturing customer services contacts. - Manage relationship with commercial team and key stakeholders in order to understand the commercial strategy and translate into the S&OP; process to guarantee adequate service level, with no product disruptions and keeping prop-er inventory levels at the country level. - Support the logistics aspects of: Demand and Supply logistics processes, plan and direct daily and weekly activities of support line extensions, product launches and drive flawless execution across cross-functional team, and outside providers, within overall project timeline or customer ensure quality and completeness of demand signal and align with regional launch leads to ensure successful (NPI) product introductions. - Participate in tender process to understand SC is involved and business requirements are identified for supply. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR** **Experience & Education** - Bachelor´s degree in Logistics, Engineering or a related discipline. - Good knowledge and understanding of all aspects of SC, local regulations and project management. - Minimum 5-7 year work experience in relevant industry areas such as Bioscience, Pharmaceutical and FMCG or highly regulated and compliance industry, cold chain/temperature controlled products. - Complete, in-depth understanding of all aspects of the pharmaceutical business and cold chain Logistics / Supply chain strategies including total delivered cost, profitability, and service levels. - English: Fluent written and spoken. **Competences & Skills** - Strong communication skills (with staff, colleagues, suppliers, and senior management) both written, oral and presentations. - Strong demonstration of use of critical thinking and problem solving skills to address, correct, and prevent issues or make best decisions. - Embraces change, challenges status quo and makes recommendations for improvements to products and processes. Creates tools that help simplify job tasks and shares or implements these with others. - Able to work in fast-moving environment; work well under pressure (different tasks at the same time). - Committed with foster diversity, equity and inclusive environment. **LOCATION**:Bogotá, Colombia. **_ Versión Español_** **PROPOSITO DEL ROL** Esta posición lidera los procesos de planificación de Demanda y Oferta para Takeda apoyando el portafolio y lanzamientos de productos en Colombia, Perú, Ecuador y Venezuela, en alineación con el comercial y el jefe de país y de acuerdo con la guía de LATAM SC, con el objetivo de cumplir con el cliente y las demandas del mercado, al tiempo que se logran los objetivos de nível de servicio, inventario y costos. La posición reporta al Director de Cadena de Suministro de la región Andina y está basada en Bogotá, Colombia. **DESAFIOS EN LA POSICIÓN** - Gestionar la relación con el equipo comercial y las partes interesadas clave para comprender la estrategia comercial y traducirla en el proceso de S&OP; para garantizar un nível de servicio adecuado, sin interrupciones del producto y manteniendo los níveles de inventario adecuados a nível de país. - Colaborar en los procesos logísticos de: Planeación de demanda y suministro, planificar y dirigir actividades diarias y semanales de extensiones de línea de soporte, lanzamientos de productos e impulsar una ejecución impecable en todo el equipo multifuncional y proveedores externos, dentro del cronograma general del proyecto o el cliente. Garantizar la calidad y la integridad de la señal de demanda y alinearse con los líderes de lanzamiento regionales para garantizar la introducción exitosa de productos (NPI). - Participar en el proceso de licitación para comprender que SC está involucrado y se identifican los requisitos comerciales para el suministro. **A QUIEN BUSCAMOS** **Experiência y educación** - Profesional en Logística, Ingeniería industrial y/o cualquier disciplina a fin. - Conocimiento y comprensión de todos los aspectos de logística, regulaciones locales y gestión de proyectos. - Experiência laboral mínima de 5-7 años en áreas relevantes de la industria, como Biociencias, Farmacéutica y FMCG o industrias altamente reguladas y de cumplimiento, cadena de frío / productos de temperatura controlada. - Comprensión co
