Location: Colombia RESPONSIBILITIES Guide and coach Agile teams on Scrum practices, values, and principles. Cloud basis, preferably Azure. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog. Track and communicate team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to stakeholders. REQUIRED SKILLS 6+ years of experience Guide and coach Agile teams on Scrum practices, values, and principles. Cloud Basis (Azure preferably) Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
