Job Overview "> As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Responsibilities - Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for long-term success. - Proactively identify risks before they happen and rally internal stakeholders to address customer issues in a timely manner. - Build relationships with senior stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of their business, hiring plans, and the outcomes that will define success of the partnership. - Collect product and operational feedback from customers and prioritize requirements based on risk, urgency, and revenue impact.
