Job Title: US Compliance Support Project Manager This is an exciting opportunity for a project manager to support the overall US compliance program. The purpose of this role is to execute and support various responsibilities including daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc activities. - The role will partner with compliance managers and work under the direction of the US head of compliance. - The project manager will lead and execute activities to help DGF US achieve targeted compliance training completion percentages. - Responsibilities include hosting compliance training sessions for DGF US employees, running monthly analytics to craft and publish compliance metrics reports, reviewing and logging customer export authorizations, crafting and publishing compliance communications, assisting with gathering compliance evidence, following up on weekly audit findings to ensure closure by operations, leading or assisting with ad hoc research and projects, responding to inquiries from DGF US employees, and participating in ad hoc projects such as auditing activities, automation projects using AI or Microsoft Apps, and research assignments. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Excellent written, oral, and professional communication skills. - Detail-oriented to facilitate follow-up email messages. - Proven ability to meet deadlines. - Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams. - Preferred experience: Paralegal, Finance, or Compliance background.
