If you think you have what it takes to join our team, we want to hear from you! **Position Overview** Quantum FBI is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, this role plays a crucial role in facilitating our client’s business decisions based on sound financial analysis. The position is responsible for analyzing financial and business information to assess performance and to facilitate predicting future performance. This includes forecasting revenues and expenditures, analyzing and explaining variances between forecast and actual, and updating for changes and market trends. **Location: The position is fully remote and can be located anywhere in Colombia.** **rimary Responsibilities** - Provide stakeholders with information vital to the decision-making process - Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking - Create financial models to support business decisions - Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement - Identify and drive decision support improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards that monitor business performance metrics - Perform market research and data mining to deliver business intelligence - Key role in the budgeting and planning process **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a similar field - 5+ years of business finance experience - 3+ years in a relevant Accounting role preferred, a mix of public accounting and industry experience highly preferred.
