As an SDR , you’ll play a pivotal role in driving pipeline growth by identifying, qualifying, and engaging high-potential leads within the healthcare industry. You’ll be responsible for outbound outreach across various channels while securing key meetings with decision-makers. Your insights into market trends will be crucial in refining and shaping our sales strategies, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve. Your Responsibilities
Prospect & Qualify: Identify and engage with potential customers through methods such as cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and networking to evaluate their fit. Initiate Outreach: Start conversations to uncover customer needs and present relevant solutions. Schedule Meetings: Arrange discovery calls and product demonstrations with qualified leads for the sales team. Maintain CRM Records: Ensure that customer data is consistently updated in CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot, ensuring smooth sales management. Collaborate with Account Executives: Partner with Account Executives to ensure a smooth transition of leads and alignment on sales pipeline objectives. Gather Market Insights: Collect valuable feedback from prospects to refine messaging, adjust offerings, and enhance sales strategies. Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed performance targets for calls, emails, and meetings, driving results and growth.
About You
5+ Years in SDR or Outbound Sales: Ideally with experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B sectors. Exceptional verbal and written English, with the ability to build rapport and engage quickly. Resilient & Goal-Oriented Proficient in using CRM and sales tools to enhance efficiency and streamline processes. Able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Team Player: A collaborative individual passionate about contributing to team success.
