About Us Qargo Coffee is a rapidly expanding multinational coffee franchise, committed to delivering exceptional coffee experiences. As we continue to grow our franchise network, we are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Assistant to provide support in the acquisition and preparation of properties for our new store openings. Objective Assist senior team members, including the Real Estate Coordinator and Development Manager, in identifying, evaluating, and securing real estate properties for new store openings. Key Responsibilities Store Owner Support: Assist store owners in understanding the real estate acquisition process and provide support throughout the procedure. Broker Coordination: Help senior team members in collaborating with brokers to identify and assess retail spaces available for lease or purchase. Location Research and Analysis: Use tools such as Google Maps and other mapping software to research and evaluate potential locations. Assist in competitor analysis to help determine optimal site placements for stores. Property Assessment and Negotiation Support: Support in drafting offer letters, reviewing lease terms, and providing relevant market data and documentation to assist senior team members during negotiations. Market Monitoring: Stay updated on new development projects and monitor market trends to identify potential opportunities for future store openings. Task and Data Management: Assist in tracking real estate transactions, ensuring accurate records, and supporting the management of deadlines and tasks using project management tools. Help ensure the timely transfer of necessary documents to the architectural team for store construction. Reporting Support: Provide regular updates and assist in aligning real estate strategies with company objectives. Qualifications and Skills Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Real Estate, Urban Studies). 0-2 years of experience in commercial real estate or related industries preferred, but not required. Technical Skills: Familiarity with real estate and planning tools, such as Google Earth, is a plus. Experience with ESRI or similar software is also an advantage, but not required. Language Skills: Fluent English is a must. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (C1 or higher) are required. Interpersonal Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to assist in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
