This role is responsible for delivering, aligning and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies ensuring strategy execution by working with OPS, key functional stakeholders and HR leadership teams. Responsibility for recruitment and selection across all levels, through processes, tools and programs that allow the attraction of the best talents that respond to LEAN business needs. Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate and monitor recruitment and selection processes in order to ensure that recruitment plans are carried out in a timely manner and with the expected quality. Develop, sustain and work in effective alliances with internal leaders and external entities, being influential in the decision-making processes to guarantee the excellence of the acquired talent. Responsible for the KPIS of the TA team in direct association with the Senior Director of TA ensuring training, understanding and monitoring of KPIS as a key success factor for a standardized reporting and analytical process. Responsible for sourcing metrics in partnership with marketing to understand the effectiveness of sourcing channels and optimize resource allocation. Keep statistics that allow you to choose recruitment sources and determine the best use of these during future vacancies. Professional in psychology, business administration or related areas. Solid knowledge of TA or HR-related experience of at least 3 years. Minimum 2 years leading mass recruitment teams. Advanced level English proficiency.
