We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our performance marketing group, you will be responsible for managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing or digital media buying, with expertise in managing campaigns across various platforms and industries. Strong analytical skills and advanced use of Excel or Google Sheets are essential, as well as experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Looker, or equivalent. In this role, you will work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure consistent strategy and execution. You will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to new challenges and priorities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute paid media strategies tailored to each brand - Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok, and LinkedIn - Analyze performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates - Create performance reports for internal teams and brand managers - Collaborate with designers and copywriters to deliver high-performing creatives - Work with CRM and landing page teams to ensure optimized post-click experiences - Coordinate campaigns for lead generation, eCommerce, B2B awareness, and recruitment marketing Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital media buying - Proven track record managing campaigns across multiple platforms and industries - Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager - Strong analytical skills and advanced use of Excel or Google Sheets - Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Looker, or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in employer branding or recruitment campaigns We offer a competitive salary, remote work environment, and opportunities for growth and development.
