Assist patients with transportation arrangements when necessary, ensuring they can attend their appointments. - **Coordination**: Enter and maintain patient information in the system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times. Collaborate with therapists to ensure they are informed about patients needs and any schedule changes. - **Eligibility Checks**: Perform eligibility checks in the system to verify the patient’s insurance coverage.
