Your role at Baxter: As a EDI Analyst , your contribution will be responsible for working on a cross-functional team to support the development, testing, and deployment of our new revenue management system. The Senior EDI Analyst will also lead/support key initiatives, customer onboarding and identify key process improvements and deploy solutions. s What you'll be doing: Lead and/or support the development of key EDI initiatives Identify and implement key process improvements and technical skill development opportunities. Ensure data standards are HIPAA, DSCSA and industry compliant and adhere to Baxter privacy and security policies. Strong understanding of healthcard data exchange and compliance with regulations such as DSCSA, HIPAA, and GS1 and EDI languages such as: ANSI X12, XML/UBL, HTML. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and complete documentation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Collaborate with IT business partners, suppliers, and customers on key business initiatives and projects, and liaising with key stakeholders What You'll Bring ! Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience. Minimum 5-7 years experience in EDI, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service/customer facing experience Strong knowledge of EDI standards, such as ANSI X12, XML/UBL, and HTML Experience with EDI software and EDI mapping tools
