You ensure the quality and integrity of the work meet or exceeds the vision, and push the boundaries of competitive visual quality. You are a digital visionary and site experience design comes naturally. You frequently partner with the strategy team to think through content hierarchy and how to eloquently demonstrate and message a product's unique selling points. A passion for digital strategy and testing is a plus to ensure digital marketing efforts aren’t topical - but rather effective “smart” initiatives based on data and optimizations. You oversee the design efforts on a project and help oversee junior designers, however, you are proficient in executing a design vision and high-level design direction. Your day-to-day duty is to ensure the quality and performance of any design project reach the maximum outcome. **Qualifications**: Our ideal Creative Lead must have: - Great experience in the Digital industry for **at least 7 **years. - Minimum B2 English - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, or Advertising/Portfolio school - Versatile to work in different styles and different media - Experience working in different design fields, including creating concepts using storytelling to develop them - Must have an exceptional portfolio that includes strong design systems thinking - Highly skilled and proficient at service and e-commerce design - Solid understanding of the digital landscape - ** Tools**: Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Office suite, InVision, Keynote.
