NCHC is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Global Services Business Support in their Finance Operations, A&D; and Transformation organization. The Finance Operations, A&D;, and Transformation Team is responsible for enterprise transformation & governance, portfolio management, PMO coordination, A&D; activities, and solutions, deployment & implementation of cross-functional initiatives that accelerate value realization and enable delivery of enterprise objectives. **Role & Responsibilities**: The senior manager will provide overall financial leadership A&D; and Transformation project portfolio and projects. The position is a critical role in establishing financial excellence and providing full cost transparency to Enterprise and project leaders. The role will lead key financial discussions, provide financial updates and recommendations to project leads working closely with senior cross-functional stakeholders. Core responsibilities include - Lead financial evaluations for Transformation and A&D; strategic projects and expansion opportunities. Develop consistent process to complete evaluations, financial reporting for strategic projects, and charge out process - Lead financial management of transformation projects and delivery to targets for TSA exit/.This includes tracking project spend, headcount movements, savings and all reporting and coordination with cross-functional leads. - Lead other major strategic analysis and support location, BPO, cost-serve and other major projects - Develop and establish best practices for financial management and reporting of projects and partner with cross-functional teams to implement - Build and develop tools to do scenario analysis, value tracking, and project budgeting and tracking - May supervise/direct one or more analysts **Qualifications** Position Requirements**: - A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or Accounting - A minimum of 10 years of finance or related business experience is required. - Minimum 3 years of working on Transformation and/or A&D; projects with a financial lens - Strong Analytical & conceptual skills and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions) - Demonstrated ability to work across functional and geographic boundaries - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned activities, while managing complexity and ambiguity - Demonstrated ability in tracking project financials in a matrix environment - Demonstrated ability to build and deploy new financial tools and processes **Preferred Requirements/Competencies**: - MBA, financial certification in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA or other equivalent is preferred - Prior FP&A; and relevant systems skills such as SAP / TM1 experience is preferred. - Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
