Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to administer and maintain a system of classified and unclassified documents according to company policies and procedures for secure management and access of information assets. About the Role - Process a collection of digitized deck logs on CDs and floppy disks, reviewing each CD, floppy disk, or reel for classification - Verify completeness of each deck log, including date entries by month - Complete spreadsheet inventory, including ship name, hull number, month and year, classification, and notation of any days missing - Pull files from storage media and save to hard drives depending on classification of deck log This position requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as intermediate experience working with Microsoft Office or comparable programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Main duties include the processing of digitized records, verifying their accuracy and completeness Requirements: - High school diploma required; prior experience in document administration or a related field is preferred - Top Secret eligibility with a current Continuous Evaluation enrollment required - Five years of experience working with TOP SECRET records - Intermediate experience working with Microsoft Office or comparable programs - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
