The Impact of a Solution Architect at Coupa Software: As a Technical Architect at Coupa, you will collaborate with our Customers, Partners, and internal Product Management teams to implement cutting-edge solutions for our customers. Your expertise and experience will be crucial in integrating technologies into the Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or AP Automation domains, enabling our teams to manage the successful delivery of integration projects at Coupa effectively. What You'll Do: Function as an individual Technical Architect (TA) on customer implementations to ensure maximum value from our integration services, including quantifying value, driving adoption, sharing best practices, and identifying opportunities. Partner and communicate effectively with customer senior management during implementations to influence strategies and decisions. Provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer requests and complaints. Manage escalations, expectations, and work with project managers to meet timelines and quality standards. Manage and mentor newly hired TAs and Partners to ensure successful delivery. Apply knowledge and standard methodologies to influence strategy and design during implementations. Lead specialized customer success initiatives at scale. Work well both independently and in teams, both on and off client sites. What You Will Bring to Coupa: A self-starter with experience in scaling and understanding the value of technical services for customer success. Exceptional interpersonal skills, aptitude for learning new software, and clear, effective communication skills. 2+ years of experience with integration technologies in Procurement and/or AP Automation, with leadership experience. Hands-on experience architecting large-scale integrations involving ERP systems like SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business Suite, or Netsuite. Experience with Finance and Procurement functional areas such as Procure to Order, Procure to Pay, Expenses, Accounts Payable. Hands-on experience with sFTP, RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and SSO configurations. ERP domain knowledge in SAP, PeopleSoft, or Oracle. Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms. Strong multilingual communication skills in English and Spanish. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Preferred But Not Required: Experience integrating with external supplier systems using standards like EDI, cXML, etc. Middleware experience with IBM, TIBCO, SAP PI/PO, Oracle, or Boomi.
