Head of PPC Performance (Digital Marketing) Type: Full-time (International contractor), Remote (9am-6pm U.S. Eastern Standard Time) About the Role: We’re looking for a data-driven, strategic Head of Performance to lead and optimize all paid media activities. The ideal candidate will spearhead the execution and continuous refinement of high-budget advertising campaigns with a sharp focus on ROAS, scaling, and measurable impact on the growth of all our clients. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic plan for ad account growth, including identifying new campaigns and strategic opportunities. Collaborate with the creative team and guide the performance team to create effective marketing campaigns and strategies for ad account growth. Use data and insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for our client portfolio. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for prop firm clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape of our current client base. Work with Account Managers to provide feedback about current performance and take strategic movement/decisions for the client accounts. Act as a trusted advisor to clients and the team about digital marketing strategies. Understand clients’ needs and work with Account Managers to provide performance marketing solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention through performance of the accounts. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience managing high-budget ($100k+) paid media campaigns. Proven track record in optimizing major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.). Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, especially in remote working. Strong analytical skills and passion for metrics-driven decision-making. Familiarity with continuous testing and iterative improvement cycles. Candidates must have their own equipment, including a laptop and a reliable internet connection. Fluency in English is required, with a strong emphasis on both verbal and written communication skills. The candidate must be able to effectively communicate in professional and business contexts.
