You will work with our business and technical teams on design, building solution components, unit testing, and driving forward initiatives around the globe.This is an ONSITE role in Medellin (Relocation paid for up to $4k usd)Primary ResponsibilitiesBe an expert on the core business applications and all platform/technology related changes for quoting through invoicing applications, including Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite and Integrations.Be the voice and face of the applications within your functional area.Support the end-to-end product management process from idea generation, requirements gathering, prototyping, and delivery.Facilitate and lead effective discussions during meetings with stakeholders and cross functional teams to drive Salesforce initiatives.Research solutions and formulate proposals to solve requests from internal customers.Supervise configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce, NetSuite and Integration systems.Identify, advance, and remove roadblocks, triage defects, and provide clarity for stakeholders.Skills / Knowledge / ExperienceProven experience supporting and leading enterprise business application management and development.Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.Strong technical skills and business acumen - Proven ability to execute on the spectrum of technical challenges.Able to solve complex problems and offer new perspectives on existing solutions.Self-directed and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.Proficient in requirements and process flow documentation.We want to hear from you!
