We are looking for a Senior IT & Security Engineer who is passionate about building and protecting the technological foundation that powers our studio. As a Senior IT & Security Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports our systems, tools, and digital assets. You'll play a key role in securing our environment, resolving technical issues, and ensuring everything runs smoothly for both on-site and remote teams. Responsibilities: - Manage studio tech tools and services including repositories, build systems, Google Workspace, backups, security solutions, firewalls, and antivirus platforms. - Deploy and configure servers, networks, VPNs, and storage systems to ensure availability and performance. - Design and implement policies, processes, and best practices related to infrastructure and cybersecurity. - Diagnose and resolve issues in systems, networks, software, and hardware. - Monitor the lifecycle and health of IT equipment and software, and plan updates or replacements. - Implement backup strategies and disaster recovery plans. - Conduct vulnerability assessments and apply security patches or mitigations. - Ensure systems and processes comply with data protection laws and security standards. - Provide support to teams, prioritize and assign technical support tickets. - Maintain clear documentation of incidents, solutions, and updates. - Stay informed on IT trends and suggest innovative solutions. - Collaborate with other departments on technical projects and studio-wide improvements. - Mentor mid-level and junior engineers, promoting a culture of growth and knowledge sharing. Requirements: - 4+ years of experience as an Infrastructure and Security Analyst. - Strong knowledge of server administration (Linux & Windows), network architecture, and system security. - Hands-on experience with firewall configuration, VPNs (IPSEC/SSL), cloud + on-premise environments, and scripting (basic level). - Proficient in managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and network shares. - Experience in vulnerability assessment, incident management, and secure systems design. - Familiarity with Google Workspace and Office 365 administration. - Strong communication and customer service skills for supporting users under pressure. - Experience working in fast-paced technology environments (video games or software development preferred). - Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. - Intermediate English proficiency (B1 or higher) for documentation and cross-functional collaboration. - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to documentation and process compliance.
