A Day in the Life As an Associate Quality Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of quality programs focusing on Document Control. Our Global Quality Strategy is rooted in the Medtronic Mission and our Quality Policy. This position will be a remote position in Bogotá. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: - Perform maintenance and oversight and implementation of Quality Management System Processes specifically for Document Control across Euro-Asia and Americas Region in a form of centralized shared provision - Prepare reports and/or necessary documentation and provide to applicable stakeholders, both internal and external. Report includes data analysis, recommendations and suggestions to benefit improvement of process being supported - Collaborate across multiple nationality within Medtronic to effectively implement Document Control Process as well as identify areas for improvement and standardization for lean process implementation - Analyze data and identify trends that can be used as baseline for improvement on quality aspects - Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement on quality aspects Required Knowledge and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree - Fluent in English - One or more years of relevant experience related to Quality, Regulatory, or Compliance roles - Knowledge in ISO and standards is advantageous (9001:2015 and/or 13485:2016) - Knowledge in Project Management or Improvement Initiatives is advantageous (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
