We are looking for a Jr. Road Assistance Coordinator This is a Junior position, part of My Fleet Assistance team, that will be responsible for providing afterhours support to drivers, clients and brokers, by solving various transportation related issues and assisting drivers in different hours of service-related situations. Main responsibilities: - Answer calls and document information by company policies - Respond to any issues and follow-ups by coordinating with the appropriate departments - Respond to queries related to updates from brokers and customers - Prioritize and organize calls accordingly - Proactively address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions - Assist drivers with Hours-of-Service related queries - Comply with companies’ communication standards while in verbal and written communication - Preserve excellent relationship with drivers - Keep a track record of equipment movement - Ensure quality customer service provided - Ensure that drivers provide all the necessary paperwork on time Experience and desired skills A good level of English proficiency is required (C1 or Professional B2 with a certificate), along with excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset. EXPERIENCE: 6 months as Logistic Coordinator, Roadside Assistant or Customer Service Relations experience. Labor conditions: We offer Indefinite Contract.
