Business Growth Specialist We are seeking a strategic, customer-focused Business Growth Specialist to elevate our students' journey. This position involves identifying and building new business opportunities with schools, universities, and companies to generate partnerships and drive business growth. You will also be responsible for organizing events and leading our referral/loyalty program. Meeting sales targets and predefined KPIs is crucial to success. Main Responsibilities: - Finding business opportunities and expressing yourself effectively in any environment. - Negotiating, listening, and identifying win-win solutions with an entrepreneurial spirit. - Meeting goals and working under pressure while staying organized and committed to partner relationships. - Identifying potential partners, generating leads, and cold calling prospective customers/businesses. - Meeting with clients face-to-face or virtually, creating activity plans, and executing events that boost interest and sales. - Thinking strategically and setting goals to develop and improve the business. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or International Affairs. - Fluency in Spanish and English due to our international scope. - Relevant experience in marketing and/or sales, with event planning skills preferred but not mandatory.
