Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Barranquilla for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. The representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer inquiries, and delivering an excellent customer experience. The role involves interacting with customers to resolve their concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs. Position available : Apply today! Salary : 2,927,400 COP + Performance bonus of 120,000 COP Hiring bonus : 1,200,000 COP (after 90 days of employment) Work schedule : 40 hours per week with rotating shifts of 8 hours a day between 7 am and 12 pm (two days off per week) Start date : April 21st! Training : 6 weeks paid training. Training hours: 6 am - 3 pm or 3 pm - 12 am Transportation : We provide transportation to your home after 10 pm.
