As Customer Facing Effectiveness (Go-To-Market) within our global Go-To-Market-Capabilities (GTMC) Team, you’ll design, manage, and analyze data-driven incentive plans, support localization by allocating sales targets, manage incentive simulations based on global policies, track performance using KPIs for sales effectiveness, and ensure global alignment of incentive processes within the Customer Facing Hub. Main responsibilities: Design Incentives: Design, manage, and analyze incentive plans with a focus on setting data-driven sales targets. Customer Profiling: Lead customer profiling and segmentation analysis to define target segments aligned with business objectives. Resource Allocation: Lead resource allocation and call planning analysis to maximize sales force productivity based on segmentation insights. Engage Countries: Support countries in localizing incentive plans by managing target allocations to sales territories. Performance Tracking: Lead the creation of dashboards, KPIs, and analysis to monitor sales force effectiveness and efficiency. Process Excellence: Ensure processes are aligned with best practices for efficient incentive management. Stakeholder Relationship: Maintain effective relationships with end stakeholders within the GBU to develop educational and communication content as needed. Collaboration: Work with other Customer Facing Hub Managers to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting for core processes. Compliance: Ensure adherence to compliance procedures and operational risk controls. Project Support: Support project delivery in terms of resourcing, coordination, quality, timeliness, and technical standards. About you Experience: Previous experience in commercial operations. Skills: Strong project management, analytical, financial skills, and ability to leverage networks. Knowledge of industry trends is a plus.
