We are looking for a self-motivated HR Administrator to amplify and support our HR efforts across North America. In this role, you have the opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to a wide range of HR activities in a fast-paced environment, supporting an array of processes throughout the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, a proactive team player with strong multitasking capabilities, and has excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Location: Remote Status: Full Time, Permanent Work Hours: 40-hour work week, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (EST) Responsibilities: Administer various functions of the HR Department and support staff across North America with day-to-day requirements. Generate and tailor Adastra resumes to effectively showcase expertise and align with client needs. Conduct the new hire orientation and onboarding process to foster a positive employee experience, providing ongoing guidance and seamless integration with company culture and values. Enrich and align onboarding materials to reflect best practices and organizational changes. Create the quarterly company newsletter, generating engaging and fresh content. Generate employment letters and complete employment verification for active and inactive staff. Process employee probation periods and communicate changes. Collaborate with Adastra Group in all areas relevant to your job duties. Support company growth and related projects. Conduct HR research and support other HR initiatives as needed. Continuously engage with staff: Educate and promote our programs. Ensure staff are engaged and supported and solicit feedback. Offer support or direct staff to appropriate resources. Qualifications, Skills & Experience: College Diploma or Certification required in HR. Excellent English language skills both verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines. Intermediate to advanced level skills and experience in MS Office, MS Sway, and SharePoint. A proactive, energetic self-starter who can operate as part of a team and individually. Excellent interpersonal skills with aptitude for building rapport and maintaining relationships. Nice to Have: Administration experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module. Knowledge or experience within the Tech, Data and Analytics industries.
