About the job: Kent is lookingfor an HRBP with emphasis in Talent Acquisition fully bilingual in English and Spanish to provide support to Kent employees in our Bogota office, reporting to HR Manager Regionally. Skills &Responsibilities;: 1. Recruitment and Selection Process: Lead andensure the recruitment and selection processes, generatingstrategies for the attraction of candidates by attractingcandidates, through the search for alliances and the use ofspecialized tools, to guarantee the pre-selection of resumes thatmeet the requirements of the company. 2. Guarantee 100% of therequired personnel, considering the requests of the projects/staff,according to the vacancies and profiles requested. 3. PositionProfiles: Responsible for the creation of position profiles forspecific projects, and accompaniment in updating or creating jobprofiles for core staff. 4. Public Employment Service: Ensuringcompliance with current regulations for companies in thehydrocarbon sector, making the publication of the sector companies,publishing vacancies through authorized platforms and ensuring thatthe process is carried out in full compliance with the stipulationsof the associated decrees. 5. Reports and audits: Weekly or monthlyreports as applicable, to show the status of processes and relevantinformation in the engineering area, as well as projects and at aregional level. 6. Presentation of audits in the processesconcerning recruitment and selection. 7. Organizational DevelopmentPlan: Ensure that development and growth plans for employees arestructured and implemented throughout the organization through thefunctions and responsibilities of each position, through theevaluation of potential, career plans, and technical and humantraining programs, to have the right skills for the growth andmaintenance of the company. 8. Performance Evaluation System: AlignHuman Resources with the Company's strategic objectives and plans,through the implementation of a Performance Evaluation System thatallows us to define objectives, generate follow-ups and determineemployee results, to achieve an impact on the fulfillment of theorganizations objectives. 9. Support in Human Talent Processes:Support in the different sub-processes of the Human Talent areawhen required, considering the specific requests made. Yourknowledge/skills, education, and experience: 1. Knowledge/Qualification/ Training/ Certification: Bachelor of Psychology. 2. More than 7 years of experience in Human Resources / 5 of themdesirable in Oil&Gas.; 3. Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Communication: Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills in English and Spanish, Level B2.
