Key responsibilities include: - Proactive Approach: Demonstrating a proactive, detail-oriented approach, operating independently within designated scope, with full ownership of studio compliance and departmental operations. - Team Collaboration: Facilitating effective collaboration and communication within the team, contributing to achieving common objectives and fostering a cohesive, high-performing work culture. - Studio Operations: Working in close collaboration with Project Managers, Studio Production, and Procurement departments to ensure compliance across all studio operations. - Salesforce Management: Utilizing Salesforce to ensure reliable traceability at both local and global levels, including accurate and up-to-date records, real-time stock monitoring, tracking equipment orders, and generating detailed reports for audit purposes. - Document Management: Leveraging SharePoint as a centralized platform for document management and collaboration, ensuring secure storage, organizing and maintaining document control processes, coordinating internal reviews, and approving documents before finalization. - Regulatory Documentation: Preparing timely and accurate regulatory documentation and notifications, including studio authorizations, layout changes, gaming equipment counts, and new live operation notifications.
