Depending on the needs of the service, the company may set different schedules for certain positions, establishing a technical distribution of the workday and adjusting the daily, weekly, and monthly work schedule, as long as they are within the maximum legal workday. Job objectives Lead and manage the company's Romanian human resources area, ensuring the implementation of selection, hiring, training, performance management, well-being and development, and payroll processes, among others, in accordance with corporate standards. Responsibilities - functions Ensure compliance with company procedures during the selection and hiring process for personnel with employment contracts or apprenticeships. Guarantee that personnel hired have social security, payroll, life insurance, prepaid medical coverage, and other required benefits. Review employment contracts, annexes, and job profiles for new employees. Ensure compliance with the CMP control minimum program for internal audit. Verify the monthly upload of the GCMS compliance report. Maintain the company's internal regulations updated according to current laws. Ensure new employees submit all necessary documentation for hiring. Verify that employee files are complete with all required documents. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires. Coordinate the preparation of ID cards for new employees. Ensure new employees are entered into the company system, including email creation, and follow up with managers as needed. Verify submission of employment certifications and delivery of clearance certificates at contract end or as required. Coordinate with administrative and accounting departments to deliver legal equipment and work materials timely. Manage compliance with regulations related to sena apprenticeship contracts, employee status changes, and other legal requirements. Keep the hr platform updated with hiring, termination, job changes, and salary adjustments. Update the arl platform with income, withdrawals, and coordinate changes with the HSEQ department. Support the monthly closing schedule prepared by the accounting department. Consolidate payroll updates and send them for processing. Verify correct creation of employee records in the payroll system. Update payroll information and verify the final payroll in the designated software. Approve payroll and prepare payroll distribution reports by business unit. Prepare and verify severance reports for finance and accounting. Coordinate social security forms and their uploads, distributing them to relevant units. Manage voluntary pension contribution forms for employees. Maintain all HR information in the company's Dropbox. Support compliance with the first-job program, including documentation and benefit recovery.
