Your Impact You will be responsible for implementing and leading a Continuous Improvement service offering, overseeing the program for the customer, and driving cost and cash savings within their supply chain. Requirements - A thorough understanding of end-to-end supply chain mapping and customer business operations. - Monitoring project status, escalating slow progress, defining priorities, aligning focus areas and resources. - Conducting loss analysis, identifying strategic savings areas (cost/cash). - Establishing a baseline in alignment with the customer (key stakeholders including finance). - Organising a savings tracker – underlying working files and visualisation in Tableau dashboard. - Monitoring delivery of savings portfolio, taking measures in case of lack of progress or off-track developments.
