We’re expanding our team and looking for a skilled **Frontend Developer** with a passion for clean code and modern web development. This is a technical role that blends hands-on development with close collaboration across design and implementation. You'll be working on client projects that span Webflow, WordPress, and custom development using React and TailwindCSS. **What You’ll Do** - Develop responsive websites and landing pages using **Webflow** and **WordPress**: - Build modern frontend interfaces using **React** and **TailwindCSS**: - Translate Figma designs into clean, scalable, and accessible code - Customize and extend WordPress themes/plugins as needed - Collaborate with designers and project managers to bring UI/UX ideas to life - Support CMS implementation and content structure across platforms - Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness - Troubleshoot and maintain existing client websites **Requirements**: - 3+ years of frontend development experience with a strong portfolio - Proficiency in **Webflow** and **WordPress** (development, not just content editing) - Strong knowledge of **HTML**, **CSS**, **JavaScript**: - Experience with **React.js** and **TailwindCSS**: - Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows - Ability to debug cross-browser issues and implement responsive layouts - Comfortable with client-facing communication in English - Self-motivated and able to work independently and meet deadlines - Bonus: Understanding of microanimations (CSS/JS or Lottie/Rive) **Nice to Have** - PHP knowledge for deeper WordPress customization - Experience with Webflow CMS and custom logic using Attributes or JavaScript - Animation experience using After Effects or Lottie - Familiarity with REST APIs or third-party integrations **To Apply** Please share your **portfolio** and **GitHub profile** (if available).
