Job Title: Specialist OFR Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Specialist OFR. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of shipments within your assigned country. You will be responsible for proactively engaging with customers, providing accurate information on shipment status and tracking, documentation requirements, transit time, and prices via phone calls and emails as required. Maintaining ocean operational knowledge, including shipment creation, track and trace, and delivery at destination is also a key aspect of this role. You will enhance the service experience in DHL by exercising professionalism and empathy when dealing with each customer's varying needs and demands. This role requires effective communication with DHL network colleagues, emphasizing a sense of urgency on behalf of the customer. Meeting all commitments to customers regarding follow-up and ongoing communication is essential. You will follow up with operations for booking, scheduling, and pre-alerts, validate and share details with the customer. Cordinating and resolving exceptions with operations while proactively updating the customer is also required. Handling customer requests for quotations and forwarding them to the Quotations team for processing; passing leads to Sales is an important task. Recording and addressing customer complaints or escalating tasks to other functions as needed is also crucial. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team and independently. Skills / Requirements: - Professionals in industrial engineering, international business, or related fields. - Minimum of 1 year experience in freight forwarding.
