The Communications Associate Marketing Coordinator for the Perficient Latin America Internal Communications Team will support the ongoing efforts of Perficient’s Global Communications team. In this role, you will assist in the creation, curation and cultivation of strategic, employment brand content that aligns with Perficient’s overall strategy and business objectives. In addition, you will work closely and collaboratively with internal teams from across Perficient to drive awareness for major initiatives in the region of Latin America. Responsibilities Support internal communications initiatives for Perficient in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Uruguay, tailoring communication strategies to address the unique needs and cultural sensitivities of each country. Assist in the design and implementation of Latin America internal communication strategies that align with organizational goals. Assist in content creation in support of various internal communications channels, including corporate emails, company intranet, company newsletter, and blog program. Craft clear and consistent messages that embody Perficient's vision, mission, and values, as well as organizational culture, positioning, and recognition across all areas. Collaborate with various departments to understand their objectives and support effective internal messaging. Assess the effectiveness of existing channels and recommend improvements. Qualifications A bachelor’s level degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or marketing One to three years’ professional experience, or demonstrated aptitude with job requirements, in communications, journalism or public relations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to understand and create content from SME interviews, technical documents, etc. Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong knowledge of Associated Press style and the English language Strong business acumen with an ability to quickly grasp new concepts, strategies, and initiatives Sound project management and time management skills Perficient full-time employees receive complete and competitive benefits.
