This is a remote position. At **Kiwibot **we are building the largest robotic last-mile delivery network to support operations in several environments from college campuses to cities across the US, Middle East & Asia. We’re looking for a Supervisor Agent Support who has an excellent ability to manage requests, generate actions guided to solve the problems that arrive through tickets. You will receive the requests through automatic tools and will be in charge of analyzing and sending them to the different service desks such as Service Desk AI, Software and Maintenance. A day as a **Supervisor Agent Support **may look like - Deployment and undeployment of each campus you are on during your shift. - Referral of tickets for their solution. - Report any type of problem or irregularity that arises immediately to your leader so that these cases are not escalated and the Supervisor Support Manager does not find out from other sources of information. - Coordinate supervisor recruitment. - Conduct operational training for supervisors. - Review and evaluate the performance of supervisors. - Daily Reports - The Supervisor Support is specifically in charge of a designated area for which it must respond both in results, its supervisors, pre weekly and weekly information. - Achieve KPI’s **Location**:Remote work is an option.
