Job summary We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Business Partner to join our People team and support our operations in Colombia and LATAM. Responsibilities - Act as the go-to HR partner for LATAM teams, supporting managers and employees across all people-related matters. - Ensure full compliance with Colombian labor law and coordinate with legal advisors when needed. - Implement global HR policies and frameworks locally, adapting them to cultural and regulatory specifics. - Support the employee lifecycle: onboarding, organizational changes, performance management, offboarding, etc. - Partner with business leaders to identify people needs and offer HR solutions that drive engagement and performance. - Lead and support core HR processes such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, internal mobility, and development planning. - Contribute to global People projects related to culture, wellbeing, and talent development. - Maintain up-to-date and auditable HR documentation and records in the region. Qualifications - Minimum 6 years' experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles. - Strong knowledge of Colombian labor law and general HR practices in LATAM. - Experience in international and matrix organizations. - Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken). - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong ability to work independently, manage complexity, and prioritize effectively. - Experience working with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors, Workday, or equivalent (desirable). - Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for decision-making.
