Do you speak fluent English and Spanish (C1+) and are looking to gain experience in real estate sales in the U.S.? We are looking for a driven and persuasive Real Estate Sales Agent to join our on-site team in Barranquilla. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing qualified leads, building client relationships, and closing real estate deals in English and Spanish. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. Key Responsibilities • Manage and follow up on qualified leads through calls, email, and CRM • Communicate fluently in English with clients • Guide potential buyers or sellers throughout the sales process • Negotiate and close deals with a client-focused approach • Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet monthly targets Requirements • 2–3+ years of sales experience (real estate or other sectors) • Advanced English level (C1) – verbal and written communication • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills • Sales-driven, highly organized, and proactive • Real estate experience is a plus, but not mandatory What We Offer • Competitive base salary + commission • Stable, on-site work environment in Barranquilla • Career development opportunities in the real estate sector • A supportive and bilingual team • Sales training and onboarding provided Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Apply today!
