Job Title: Tool Crib Manager Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Tool Crib Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and operations of our site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, leadership skills, and attention to detail. Main Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize stock levels and streamline tool crib operations. - Lead cycle counting and annual physical inventories to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Collaborate with maintenance planners and buyers to forecast needs and improve supply chain efficiency. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration. - APICS CPIM or CSCP certification. - Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification. - Familiarity with lean manufacturing and 5S principles. Preferred Skills: - Inventory control and stock level optimization. - Data cleansing and enrichment. - Spare parts classification, criticality assessment, and cataloging. - KPI development: E&O;, stockout rates, inventory turns, lead times. Experience: - 3–5 years in inventory management, MRO, or tool crib operations. - Familiarity with CMMS and EAM systems. - Experience supervising or leading warehouse/tool crib staff. This role requires strong leadership and people management skills, as well as attention to detail and high accuracy.
